Terms of service

The short version: use it for real mail, do not use it to send spam, and you can leave with your data whenever you like.

This describes how the service actually works rather than restating a template. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What you get

Mailboxes on a domain you own, with aliases and a catch-all, and the DNS records you need to make them work. Limits depend on your plan and are shown in your dashboard.

This is a small service run by a small team. We aim to keep it running and to be honest when something breaks, but we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee, and you should keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. The export exists for exactly that.

What we ask of you

Use a domain you actually control. Adding a domain you do not own means intercepting somebody else's mail, and we will remove it.

No bulk unsolicited mail, phishing, malware, or anything illegal where you are or where we operate. Sending spam damages the reputation of the mail server everyone here shares, which is why it ends an account rather than earning a warning.

Keep your mailbox passwords to yourself. They are separate from your sign-in for a reason: anyone with a mailbox password can read that mailbox.

Paying

Plans are billed in advance in Mongolian tugrik. Prices are shown on the home page and do not change without notice.

Payment is by bank transfer. Every invoice carries a short reference — put it in the description of the transfer, and the payment attaches itself to your account. A transfer sent without one, or for less than the invoice, leaves the invoice open until we sort it out with you.

If a payment does not arrive, the account falls back to the free plan rather than being deleted. Your domain and mail stay where they are, and you keep one mailbox, so you always have time to export.

Newsletters

Newsletters are for people who asked for them. Anyone who signs up through the form confirms by email before they receive anything, and a list you import has to be one where every address gave you permission — you confirm that when you import it, and we keep the record with your name on it.

Every email we send for you carries an unsubscribe link and a one-click unsubscribe header, and we act on both immediately. An address that has unsubscribed cannot be added back by a later import.

Each plan has a subscriber limit and a daily sending limit, shown on the home page and in your dashboard. If a campaign draws spam complaints or bounces at a rate that threatens the mail server everyone here shares, we may pause your sending while we talk to you. The rule above still applies: a list nobody consented to ends the account.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. Export first — deletion is immediate and irreversible.

We may suspend or end an account that is sending spam, breaking the law, or putting the service at risk. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to get your mail out.
